We’re stretching it out this Tuesday! Marion Watson has been a keen gymnast since she was a child, but at 100-years-old she says she’s just as flexible as ever. The great-grandmother can still lift her legs over her head, and regularly encourages her fellow care home residents to join in her stretching regime. She’s here to help loosen us all up today, as she gives Phillip & Holly one of her rather unique stretching classes.
