Our first step is finding a Ditto with 4+ perfect IVs.
**UPDATE**
This method guarantees Ditto with 4 perfect IVs.
It is confirmed that, after 30 SOS encounters, Pokémon that appear will be guaranteed to have at least 4 perfect IVs. Finding a 5 or 6 IV Ditto is still a matter of luck.
