This is an original 1975, first year, German market Porsche "turbo."
Just "turbo" not a 930 or a 911 Turbo or a Turbo Carrera, just plain "turbo" and always written in small letters.
These are the rarest and most unique of Porsche's first generation of turbocharged road cars built from 1975 to 1989.
They made only 274 and less than half are known to survive and this is probably the best surviving example you might ever encounter.
