I Am ‘For The Streets’ Charity Event.

The main idea behind street smart is to give people on the streets hustling to earn a living, a platform to share their problems, talk about their work and what they do to survive. While shooting the program, I developed a bond for these people and decided to do something special for them in this month of love.

On 13th of February 2021, I hit the streets with my mum and the crew to give out food (including pastries), drinks and water to my brothers, sisters, mothers and fathers on the street.

I also gave out a wheelchair to the physically challenged man I interviewed in one of the episodes of ‘Street Smart’, as well as sanitisers and nose masks seeing that we are not in normal times.

I Am For The Streets (Not the Rapper Future type of street. Lol). It is my prayer that God grants me long life, good health and strength to be able to do this ‘For The Streets’ charity event I just started yearly or even monthly if possible.
