Frank delivers a squad update, confirming Lucas Bergvall has suffered an ankle injury which “could be a longer one”, with Spurs awaiting further assessment before putting a clear timeframe on his return.

He also confirms Dominic Solanke, Destiny Udogie and Xavi Simons should all be available for Saturday after extra recovery following the Champions League win over Borussia Dortmund, while stressing Solanke’s minutes still need managing as he builds back full match fitness after a long lay off.

The Spurs boss insists Tottenham must back up their European performance with an “elite” league mindset, admitting consistency after Champions League matches remains a key challenge.

He praises Scott Parker and Burnley’s competitiveness, pointing to how hard they are to break down and warning of their threats at home, including set pieces and counter attacks.

Frank also discusses the mental and physical demands of playing every three or four days, the need to build resilience, and his view that the Premier League is the most competitive league in the world.
