Hisuian electrode has made its way into competitive Pokemon for the first time, and it's much better than Kanto Electrode purely because it has grass as a secondary typing. But that's not all it gained. Electrode also learned a new signature move, Chloroblast. This move has a lot of potential, and so I wanted to discuss how to tap into the raw power of Chloroblast.
