I know this outfit looks kinda.. special. But, I love it and that's because it's so strange and ingenious at the same time.
Birch bark isolates against water well and was an almost unlimited source of material under the tree line.
It's not impossible that YOU are a living result of that someone in some time wore clothing like this, which saved them from getting pneumonia and lived on to become your grandma's, grandpa's, grandma's mother.
I would like to share a thanksgiving to her and all the other people who strived and struggled wearing birch bark clothing!
