It’s known for its pre-war architecture, leafy streets, and abundance of parks. The area offers a calm, upscale atmosphere with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and excellent public transport connections. It’s highly sought-after for its charm and quality of life, though property prices are steep and traffic on main roads can be heavy.
