One of the biggest reasons Monday is so dreaded is that people think a lot about the mountain of workload. Workloads are not fun, yes. But overthinking won't get them done. Instead of overthinking and lamenting over the work, get up and do something. Overthinking makes you tired and fatigued before you do anything.
