I always enjoy exploring independent bottlings and this time I’m pouring one that started its journey in the Highland region of Scotland. It was created at the Glen Garioch Distillery - one of my favorites - in the town of Oldmeldrum, while the release is from The Good Spirits Company located in Glasgow, Scotland. For each of my five-minute reviews, I try to find that balance between having some fun celebrating the spirit of the spirit and valuing your time, your intellect, your hard-earned money, and this amazing world of whisky!
