This Mandalorian Chest Plate Turned Out WAY Better Than Expected

After months of sitting on my shelf as a raw 3D print, I finally got around to finishing this Mandalorian chest plate! This piece has been in the backlog for a while, and I kept putting it off—but not anymore. In this video, I take you through the full process of prepping, painting, and weathering this custom Mando chest armor.

Since this isn’t for my official Mandalorian Mercs kit, I had the freedom to get creative with the paint scheme and really explore some bold design choices. Whether you're a Star Wars cosplayer, a prop-making enthusiast, or just love Mandalorian armor builds, this is a satisfying and inspiring look at turning a raw 3D print into a detailed display piece.
