🗣️✨I am not my trauma I am what overcomes! I understand my emotions that are tied to trauma that I experienced. I can allow myself to decode the disruptions to become level headed once again. I have learned not to use my triggers as a weapon against people not deserving. I know that I am not alone in my pain. I give myself grace for the time it will take for me to feel like myself again. I forgive myself for what I didn’t know at the time that I was abused. I call back my energy that was left behind in traumatic moments.
