Calderdale Way fell relays 2022. Leg 3, leg 2/3 changeover. Full day out.

Calderdale Way fell relays is an annual event in the fell running community which is normally held in May. Calderdale Way is approx 50 miles circular route which was historically a pack horse way in West Yorkshire going along the hilly villages, scenic moors and rural towns. The relays have 6 leg of various distances - from 5 to over 10 miles.

The runners on each leg have to run in pairs and a full fell running kit is required: waterproof jacket with a hood and trousers with sealed seams, hat, gloves, compass, whistle, the map of the route, the water and food supplies are optional.
