Jamie and Jimmy are joined by Oscar-winning actress, Susan Sarandon, as she swaps the glamour of
Hollywood for the charm of Southend! Our Hollywood legend loves everything about New Orleans,
having spent so much time filming there and winning Best Actress for her role in Dead Man Walking
which was filmed and set there, so the boys cook up the ultimate Seafood Gumbo with their A-list
guest.
Also on the menu, Jamie nods to Susan’s Italian roots by making Sicilian-inspired chicken thighs
wrapped in smoky pancetta, prosciutto. Stuffed with the most amazing pesto-come-salsa Verde,
skewered and cooked above the most delicious potatoes with tomatoes. Jimmy’s got some super
simple tacos that are perfect to impress your mates...but are almost too good to share. And the
boys are bubbling over with excitement as they get to make their very own English sparkling wine,
and have to leave the capri behind after sampling the wares too enthusiastically…
