I finally picked up my new surf rod! I ending up going with the 9'6 odm frontier x! I was eyeing that rod from the beginning and after hearing all the good reviews, i knew it was going to be a good pick.
So for my first trip with the new rod i hit up the south shore surf. I got into a few schoolies and a cocktail blue but it was still great to catch a few fish on the new setup! The EliasVFishing peanut shads were catching the bass and a bunker sp minnow caught me the blue.
