🎉 Today I’m testing my Rs.1000 New OTG from Reliance Trends 😄 with a very special recipe – Soft & Spongy Malai Cake 🍰
This cake is made with simple ingredients – no oil, no soda, and no essence – just fresh malai, milk, sugar & a little desi ghee. The result is a super soft, tasty and homemade cake that anyone can bake easily.

🥄 Ingredients (English)
• 2.25 cups Maida (All Purpose Flour)
• 1 cup Powdered Sugar
• 1 cup Malai (Fresh Cream)
• 1 cup Milk
• 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
• 3 tsp Desi Ghee
• Little Desi Ghee (for greasing pan)
• ½ cup Chopped Dry Fruits + Tutti-Frutti

• 2.25 कप मैदा
• 1 कप पिसी हुई चीनी
• 1 कप मलाई
• 1 कप दूध
• 1.5 चम्मच बेकिंग पाउडर
• 3 चम्मच देसी घी
• थोड़ा-सा घी (पैन ग्रीस करने के लिए)
• ½ कप कटे हुए मेवे + टूटी-फ्रूटी
