Learn how to make juicy and flavorful chicken tacos at home with fresh homemade guacamole 🌮
This easy taco recipe is perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

For Chicken Marinade:

1 kg boneless chicken

Salt to taste

2 tbsp cumin powder

½ tbsp garam masala

2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

2 tbsp chilli powder

3 tbsp olive oil

½ lemon

For Guacamole:

3 large avocados

1 bunch cilantro (chopped)

1 large onion (finely chopped)

1 tbsp chopped garlic

Black pepper to taste

1½ tsp salt

½ lemon

Other Ingredients:

1 whole romaine lettuce (chopped)

Tortillas

Plain green yogurt

Green salsa

Habanero sauce (optional)

Steps:

Prepare guacamole by mixing avocado, cilantro, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon.

Marinate chicken with spices, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, olive oil, and lemon. Rest for at least 30 minutes.

Cook chicken on medium-high heat, flipping occasionally, then cut into bite-size pieces.

Warm tortillas in the same pan.

Assemble tacos with chicken, guacamole, yogurt, lettuce, salsa, and habanero sauce.

Serve hot and enjoy homemade chicken tacos.
