Welcome back to Notes On a Battle! Get ready for an Arena match that was over before Cupid could even truly unleash his love-fueled power!
In this Smite 2 game, I jumped into the Arena as Cupid, the hybrid-scaling Hunter. My plan? To build into a seriously annoying, high-damage, zipping-away menace with a focus on power, penetration, cooldown, and attack speed. I was just getting my first stacking item, Transcendence, online, feeling that build power starting to hum... and then the enemy team threw in the towel! Seriously, already?!
Guess some teams can't handle the anticipation of a fully-stacked, dashing Cupid. While the match was short, it was a fun glimpse into Cupid's potential and, of course, getting those sweet Ascension Pass levels is always a win!
Stick around to see the brief burst of action and the slightly anticlimactic ending. And seriously, Cupid's dash feels SO good in Smite 2!
