Stumbled upon this Japanese Manga skin coloring book, so I am going to try these 10 steps. the steps are:
1-add a flat light base color under your inks
2-add shadows
3-darken the shadows
4-darken them even more
5-add a cool blue over the shadows
6-add a light blue stripe on one side of the body
7-add red in the hard shadows
8-add a 3d glow on the flat parts
9-add bright light spots on the round parts and the other side of the body
10-color the ink outlines
Fun stuff!
Keep your eye on the clock, cause this will put you in tunnel vision zone! hehe
