Yes that's right, it's the Survivor Know-It-Alls Theme! This was created using the Second Chance Know-It-All theme as a base, and then replacing its unique vocals with those from the standard Know-It-Alls theme (taken from one of the podcasts).
If you don't know, Rob Cesternino (from Survivor: The Amazon & Survivor: All-Stars) has a Survivor podcast called Rob Has A Podcast (RHAP). One of the shows he does is called Survivor Know-It-Alls, where he recaps a Survivor episode live immediately after it airs with Steven Fishbach (from Survivor: Tocantins & Survivor: Cambodia).
