Join me as I explore the amazing Nakano Broadway, a very special mall which was built in the 1960s. It is a popular destination for anime, manga and otaku-related items, much like Akihabara, except it is located conveniently inside one mall. No anime hunt or otaku pilgrimage is ever complete without a visit to Nakano Broadway, where hidden gems can be found. The main tenant of this mall is Mandarake, which occupies several floors and many separate shop units, each catering to a different genre, like Gundams, Sci-Fi, Non-Gundam mechas, Mangas, Trains, Lego, Board Games, Figurines and Dolls.
