TCAT 2026: Riding the Trans Canadian Adventure Trail Coast-to-Coast

What if you could ride your motorcycle across an entire continent — Coast-To-Coast — almost entirely off pavement?

In 2026, I’ll be taking on the TCAT (Trans Canadian Adventure Trail) — a 15,000+ km off-pavement route stretching from Vancouver Island all the way to St. John’s, Newfoundland. It’s the longest continuous off-road motorcycle route in the world — longer than the TAT in the U.S., more continuous than the TET in Europe, and the backcountry alternative to the Trans-Canada Highway.

But I’m not stopping at the official finish line. After Newfoundland, I’ll be adding extra sections — looping back through Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick before heading home to Ontario.

And I’m doing it on a strict $50 per day budget — fuel and food. Free camping only. No hotels. No eating out. Just me, my bike, and the trail.

To bring you along for the ride, I’ll be filming and posting daily vlogs. That way you can follow my progress across the country and come ride with me when I'm in your area.
