Mutton rara

Mutton 500 gms
Mutton keema 300 gms
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Bay leaf 3-4 leaves
Green cardamom 5-6 pcs.
Cinamon 1 inch
Black pepper 8-9 pcs.
Black cardamon 2-3 pcs
Cloves 4-5 pcs
Onion 500 gms
Tomato puree 1 cup
Turmeric pwd 1 tbsp
Red chilli pwd 1 tbsp
Coriander pwd 1 tbsp
Garam masala ½ tbsp
Ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 5 Nos


Heat a pan, add oil, bayleaf, green cardamom, clove, cinamon, black cardamom, black pepper and let it crackle.
Add chopped onion and saute till it becomes brown.
Then add mutton and some water.
Add salt, turmeric pwd and cook for a while.
Later add mutton kheema and saute on high flame for 1-2 mins.
Add slit green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, stir and cook it.
Add red chilli pwd, coriander pwd, turmeric pwd and salt.
Heat a flat lagan, add oil, ginger & garlic paste, coriander pwd, turmeric pwd, red chilli pwd, garam masala pwd, tomato puree and cook it.
Later add mutton gravy to it and cook continuously by stirring it.
Lastly add chopped coriander and done.
Mutton Rara is ready to serve.
