It looks like a light puzzle game, but Tasty Travels quickly becomes a slog of repetitive levels and resource gating. After a few hours, the sweetness wears off.
This match-3 / puzzle hybrid layers in progression systems and currencies, but the core loop never rises above the standard “swap and match until energy runs out.” It’s colorful, but shallow, and the grind creeps in fast.
