👉 Why is it important to decrease the losses and increase the profits?
One of the ways to make profits is - to make win trades. Most traders think that if they'll trade more, it automatically means there will be more winners. The truth is that it's opposite, for the most. The other and the more professional way of trading - is control your exposure and your losses. Once you understand your analysis is wrong and trade doesn't follow what you anticipated, it's time to accept it, cut it, and avoid hitting a full stop loss. By losing less and cutting loss earlier, you save lots of money which eventually will compound to more profits that will stay with you.

👉 Price action for entries and exits
Price action (in most cases) is the source of information for indicators. This is the raw material from which everything else is made of.
That means we should listen to what the market is telling us. It doesn't always happen but when it happens it is our responsibility to act upon these market's "suggestions".
I use price action as one of my primary "weapons" for entries just like thousands of other traders but the difference between me and many others is that I use price action for exits also.
If we confirm entries by PA (price action) , why not to confirm exits with PA also?

👉 Manage losses not only winners
Just like we try to extend our profits by trailing the stop loss and leaving the target open, we can try to minimize the losses.
There are techniques that I use to minimize my losses which in the long term makes a big difference as it compounds the money I saved from each position by cutting earlier.
