How To Replace A String Trimmer / Weed Eater Head

In this video I have a 25cc Craftsman weed eater / string trimmer with a bad trimmer head. The trimmer head is an aftermarket trimmer head made from aluminum. The cast aluminum wore down on the old trimmer head and it would no longer hold the trimmer string. I use an impact driver to remove the nut holding the trimmer head to the end of the trimmer spindle. After that I replaced the trimmer head and tightened the nut holding it to the trimmer spindle. I finished by giving a few thoughts on my personal experience with the weed eater heads.
