Welcome back! So this video was made about a couple days after Thanksgiving and Thaven't posted it yet. But the kids and I ventured out one day after school and with my previous back injury, always carrying the baby and walking too far, it threw my back out for a couple weeks. If you've been following me or watching any of my videos, you would know that my back has been hurting and the only thing that would help is taking Advil for the inflammation.
And lately instead of taking walks with the kids during the day, l've been riding my bike at night with the kids because baby does not like any stroller and I have baby's bedtime pretty early so it gives me a chance to go out with my other boys. Anyway! This video I do a voice over on what's been going on. I hope you enjoy! Thanks!
