Korean Toonerville Gangster is a Luciferian.

Chino, born to Korean immigrants, sought refuge from a tumultuous household by turning to the streets to escape his violent father. Embraced by the infamous Toonerville Rifa 13 Gang in Atwater Village, Chino found a sense of camaraderie and support. Immersed in the gang culture, he embraced the brotherhood and consistently carried a pistol for protection. Toonerville Rifa 13 originated in the 1930s, establishing its presence in Northeast Los Angeles(NELA) and South Glendale. Initially known as the "Latin Souls" before adopting the name "Toonerville" in the early 1940s, the gang drew inspiration from the Pacific Electric Railway trolley that traversed Atwater Village and South Glendale. Locals referred to this trolley as the "Toonerville Trolley," inspired by the cartoon trolley featured in the Toonerville Folks comic strip.

During the 1960s and 1970s, Toonerville gained notoriety for its involvement in drive-by shootings, homicides, robberies, assaults, and burglaries within Glendale.

A notable member, Timothy Joseph McGhee, faced the death penalty in 2009 for his role in three separate homicides and is suspected of involvement in up to twelve murders in the Los Angeles area. Toonerville Rifa 13 claims Atwater Village as its turf.
