Every horse that I have seen and worked on that had been diagnosed by their Vet with 'Kissing spine', 'Wobblers', and 'Roach back' all had one thing in common. They all had both side's 1st rib misalignment that was not being addressed by other professional bodyworkers.
We need to start working on and looking at foals by 6 months of age if we want our favorite equine friends to be rideable and a sound thru their 30's! . . . . . . . . . .
