Refined sunflower oil – 120 ml
Tomato paste – 100 g
Salt – 25–30 g (1 tbsp)
Sugar – 20 g (2 tsp, without a heap)
Ground black pepper – 0.5 tsp
Garlic – 30 g
Vinegar – 20 ml (1 tbsp)
Pumpkin Pasta
🗒 Ingredients:
Pumpkin – 700 g
Flour – 600 g
Salt – 2 tsp
Spinach – 150 g
Onion – 1/2 piece
Garlic – 1 clove
Vegetable oil – 10 ml
Parmesan – 10 g (for serving)
