We compared the Shure SLXD24/SM58 ($699) to the LD Systems U504.7 ($369), then did a head to head distance test at KPODJ.
The KPODJ office is on a 2.5 acre lot. We left the receivers fairly close to the front of the property and walked all of the way to the rear edge to do the test.
