On my quest to visit the ‘Tribe Who Eats Humans’ in Papua Island, I went to a city called Jayapura, which is located on the Indonesian side of the island. Let’s just say that Jayapura is not your average city in Southeast Asia - it is grungy, unorganized and confusing.
