For more than a half century, Senior Judge Damon J. Keith has been a legal voice for equal rights. Keith changed corporate hiring practices across the country, defied President Nixon’s warrantless wiretaps and ruled in favor of a community illegally forced from their homes. Judge Keith has dedicated his life to fight for justice from the federal bench to ensure everyone be treated with Equal Justice Under Law.
