This is the easiest and simplest way to make affogato which is Italian coffee dessert.
An affogato, more traditionally known as "affogato al caffè", is an Italian coffee-based dessert. Just do espresso extraction over a scoop vanilla ice cream. What a perfect combination. You can even use vanilla gelato ice cream for better taste.
