These are 3 simple habits that calm me.
Even though I'm a calm person, I often struggle to find the sweet spot between being productive and living more slowly. And I sometimes mess up. But I am learning and I'm getting better at it.
One thing I’ve started to take more seriously is to listen to the signals of my body. When I feel tense, anxious, and tired, I know I need to take a step back, ground myself and regain my balance.
And I have certain daily routines that I have implemented to make sure I don’t go into the red too often.
So here are three habits that calm me. Hope you'll find them helpful in your life!
