Message from host: May is a month dedicated raising awareness about mental health illnesses, and this is the first of two MEPs that we've made to help do that. It's a small gesture, but hopefully just by raising this as a topic and bringing it to even a few people's attention, we can help breakdown the stigma surrounding mental health, which can be so harmful to people that are already suffering due to their conditions.
