What Age Should you Move out of Parents House

Im 22 years old, I live with my mom and make a little bit over 15k per month net, and my mom makes 24-27k per year. Now in this video im going to talk about the cost of living on your own and also the benefits and when is the perfect time to move out.

What age should you move out of parents house


1. Why Most people want to move out from their parent's House
Story: For me, it started when I was 10 and my mom said, hey this is my house and make the rules. “so I said, well if I get my own house then I make the rules”
But seriously: More than Often it's because of this Reason
Independence ( you want to branch out and leave the nest)

So:
You go to a college miles away from home
Get a crappy apartment
And justify it, ( by saying this is what it takes when you're in the jungle)

Example: In most 3rd world countries, kids stay with their parents until they can be financially stable and get their own place
But: in America, stability doesn’t really play a role

2. Cost and Cons of Moving out your Parents House
Cost Bills:
Rent ( 500-1200 for renting a room or an apartment)
21st-century Utilities: ( Internet, light, water ) Cost the average person
115-200 per month
Food: $300-400 Dollars a month
Total cost: Estimate $1300 and annually $15,600 a year
Minimum Wage 7.25: 179 hour per month ( going straight to bills)

Cons:
Less money Invest:
Growth at 10%
Dividend at 2.35%
Real estate: putting down 3.5%
Example: If you lived with your parents and save all the money for 5 years: 78k
Ps: In 5 years if done currently you'll be 23

Failure Proof: Take More risk, because If you fail you won't be homeless

Real Freedom:
No need for debt
Crazy Bills
Ability to create more income

Pros and Benefits of Moving out
More on the line so more careful with decisions
If you mess up you might be homeless

Independence
You’ll be 100% responsible for every aspect of your life

Learning by error ( worst way to learn)

Story: if you know you're going to the jungle you want to make sure you’re are 100% ready and have the best equipment to succeed.

Don’t Move out until:
Passive income coming in
A Solid Mainstream of income
The ability to buy property
