[ADOFAI Custom] Inverted Silence - Vista [by Econ, YeetYote]

We're doing the (hopefully) final major update to Vista. I wanted to update the level for some time because I realized that the ending section of the old version was kind of a difficulty spike (even though minor) after watching so many people almost sightread the entire level but die to the right triangles at the end. So that's gone now! As well as the 8th tutorial, since that pattern's no longer in the level (speaking of tutorials, they've all been remade!). Alongside that change are a bunch of VFX tweaks and changes, with some sections being entirely distinct visually, all done by Yeet.
