Demo structures for the exhibition in past to show the CREFORM Drive Unit, CT-1250 lifter system, Karakuri solution by CREFORM system in live.
Utilizing the driving force of the AGV, the station arrival itself triggers the start of container transfer with gravity conveyors.
While reversing and moving, the CT-1250 adjusts the gravity conveyor position for the next transfer.
The AGV is built by attaching the drive unit to a dedicated cart made with the CREFORM system. Therefore, even after its construction is completed and the operation is started once, it can be easily modified such as position adjustment, size change, and function addition as any other CREFORM structures.
