After a single practice run we got this done. Posting because I need to make some more videos. Not sure if we used the most optimal strats or loadouts but this will work if you want to complete this challenge. Out of the trio flawlesses I have done, I would say this was one of the easier ones. For the people trying to learn solo side just make sure to listen to the audio cues of when to leave and come back. Every other encounter is pretty self explanatory. Thanks to Lotso and Closed to doing this with me.
