The ending scene from OUAT S2E15: The Queen Is Dead
With Johanna innocently killed and many other lives being sacrificed all in the name of Goodness , Snow starts to doubt whether Good will always triumph Evil.
Finally, we'll get to see a darker side to Snow's character. There were a lot of tragedies in Snow's life that was actually a product of Cora's/Regina's evil plans. The death of her mother (Cora), father (Regina) and now Johanna (both Cora & Regina).
Plus, as stated in this scene, Snow even spared Regina's life from S2E10: The Cricket Game. Thus, it is all the more justifiable of Snow's new-found ultimatum.
