I am restless and careless more often than not,
and I am never organised or finish what I originally sought!
I can be loud and forgetful, amongst other things.
and often I feel helpless, and it really stings!
The time for change is now or never,
and I must rid myself of the ADHD tether.
It lives within me the strength to change,
and I can definitely do it for its within my range.
