The Autumn Diaries🍂birthday shenanigans and the importance of finding peace within ourselves

Welcome to this week’s installment of the Autumn Diaries! This past week was my birthday week, and we took a trip down to Kennebunkport for some shopping and salt air. This video chronicles the rest of the week, which held a cozy birthday at home, a road trip to pick my son up at college for the long weekend, and snippets of our weekend. I also talk about my love of Taylor Swift’s new album, the fun of road trips, and then how my heart was heavy after the realization that we had to take my son back to school! I share some thoughts about the heaviness of my heart surrounding uncertainties and the emotional weight of the last few months and years catching up to me, and what I think the most important work is: finding a way to be safe within ourselves as the world swirls around us.
