Summary: This a short interactive session between Roshnikumar Yambem and the audience where he talks about the era of entrepreneurship. He emphasizes that there will never be enough government jobs and there is need to create our own jobs. He also talks about the values taught by his parents and about work culture and it's positive impact on his life. He ends the session by advising all to have certain Values in life and stick by it.

The Massive Open Talk envisioned as MitSna’s MOT is being organized with the vision to not only increase the employability of our youth, but also create a generation of employers and young entrepreneurs and over and ability above instill in them a sense of commitment to the society.

Eminent Social Scientist Oja Dhanabir Laishram; Pooja Elangbam, ADC-IW, IAS; Thounaojam Brinda, ASP-NAB, MPS; Prof N Rajmuhon Singh, Professor of Chemistry & Dean, MU; Renedy Singh, Former Indian Football Captain; Roshnikumar Yambem, Founder, Globizs and Dr.Pibarel Meetei, Founder, Medilane spoke at the event.

The event aimed to bring to light the following issues:-
•The rigid and the outdated education system in the state and the need to adapt to the changing pace of technology.
•The need to de-stigmatize nonacademic education and reinstate vocational training,sports, art, music and drama.
•The issue of ‘Education for the sake of education’.
•Institutionalization of institutions in Manipur turning education into a commodity.
