Toccoa Falls, located in Toccoa Falls College, Toccoa Georgia is one of the attractions in North Georgia. This 186' free falling waterfall is the tallest in the state and 19' taller than Niagara Falls. Toccoa is derived from Cherokee word which means, beautiful and truly describe this masterpiece.
The falls is owned by the college but open to the public with $2 entrance fee. To pay, simply go inside the Gift Shop which is also the entrance going to the falls. This place is dog friendly, wheelchair and stroller accessible and best part, its only less than 2 minutes easy walk to the falls.
You can visit this majestic waterfall from Mon-Fri at 10am-4pm/ Sat-Sun at 12noon-4pm..
