Finding Treasure in the Heart of Book.
六年後的2024年12月，來自歐美澳洲各國，真正國際性的古書展銷活動Firsts Hong Kong ，再次蒞臨香港海事博物館展出珍罕的古籍、地圖、照片、手稿等等。展出物品，均標明價格，屬博物館收藏和拍賣會的級別。精美的古籍經典有價有市，盛況展現了北宋真宗皇帝趙恆《勵學篇》內「書中自有黃金屋，書中自有顏如玉」的境界。
Six years later, in December 2024, “Firsts Hong Kong”, a truly international antiquarian books sales exhibition from different countries exhibited at the Hong Kong Maritime Museum. They displayed rare antique books, maps, photographs, manuscripts, etc. The displayed items were all priced and considered as museums’ collection and auctioneers’ level. Exquisite ancient classics are all priced and marketable, truly demonstrating the realm of "treasure of book is gold, beauty of book is jade" in the "Chapter on Encouragement of Learning" written by Zhao Heng, Emperor Zhenzong of the Northern Song Dynasty.
