The new Wltoys 6405-C brings some solid improvements over its predecessor, the 6401-C. It now comes with gyro adjustment, an extended wheelbase, and noticeably better stability, making it a much more balanced car for both racing and FPV driving. Speed has been improved too, though it doesn’t quite match the outright pace of Turbo Racing’s C-76 or the HPI Nano, which is faster but struggles with control at high speeds.
When compared with the LDARC R-01, the Wltoys holds its own in terms of handling and FPV experience, though the R-01 remains the fastest in this Video. Overall, the 6405-C delivers a great mix of stability, handling, and FPV upgrades, making it one of the most fun and reliable small-scale RC cars to drive.
If you’re looking for speed alone, there are faster options. But if you want a balance of performance, stability, and FPV enjoyment, the Wltoys 6405-C is a worthy upgrade.
