Faulty QTX PAR180 High Power RGB Stage Light | Can I FIX It?

I bought a Faulty QTX PAR180 High Power RGB Stage Light from eBay for £15. In the item description it said that only 3 of the lights light up blue and nothing else happens. Let's take it apart, see if we can diagnose the problem and hopefully repair it!

I'm not an expert, but I do enjoy trying to fix things.
