Learn how to implement lags or leads between tasks in Microsoft Project. Sequences of tasks need lags/delays between them. As example we can say that there is a lag between ordering a product like a computer that you need in the project and the day you receive it, or when you build a house and you finished the foundation, you’ll need to let it dry before continuing the work. This are examples of lags.
