✧Overview✧
The object of the game is to have the most money at the end by selling properties. There are two phases: a bidding phase and then a selling phase. On your turn, you must bid higher or pass. If you pass, you collect the next lowest valued property and get half of your bid back. Once you go through the whole property deck, you then start the selling phase. You'll flip a certain number of values that properties will be sold for, and all players simultaneously place a property to sell face down. The highest valued property gets the highest valued that is flipped face up and so forth. Count all your valued cards you sold and coins to see who is the winner!

This game is so simple but there are good strategies involved to give you the best chance to win. I love playing this especially when you can win when everyone is trying to outbid each other to get the highest valued property.
